WHAT I PROVIDE

CONSULTATION
SESSION

The process begins with a consultation to assess your home's specific needs. For a $50 fee (which will be applied to your overall cost once you book), we'll discuss the trouble areas in your home, review photos

 and talk through your organization goals and preferences to create a customized plan.

ESTIMATE
AND BOOKING

Based on the consultation, you'll receive an estimate outlining the scope of work and costs. Once you approve the estimate, a 50% down payment is required to secure your booking and confirm the dates for the organizing project.

DESIGN
AND SHOP

We’ll move into the design phase, where we plan and source the necessary organizing products tailored to your space and needs. This step involves selecting storage solutions, labeling systems and any other materials required to implement your organization strategy effectively.

IN-HOME
ORGANIZING

On the scheduled organizing day, I will transform your space by decluttering, sorting and arranging items according to the plan. The remaining balance is due on the day of service after the project is complete.

DECLUTTERING
AND ORGANIZING

  • Following our discussion of your needs, I’ll provide an estimated timeline for the job. The final cost may vary based on factors such as your decision-making speed and the volume of items.

  • A 50% deposit of the estimated cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of service.

  • A minimum of 3 hours is required to book.

  • Services include custom labeling systems and the removal of one carload of donations.

ORGANIZATION
MAINTENANCE

  • Discounted rate available exclusively for previous clients.

  • Valid for jobs organized within the last 12 months.

POLICIES AND TERMS

Our services do not cover the cost of organizational materials. We can use products you already have or shop for new ones on your behalf, with choices tailored to your budget and style. 

We serve clients within a 35-mile radius of Fredericksburg, VA. Travel beyond this area is charged separately at $0.67 per mile.
